CENTER GLAZED
Concept Aluminium’s 7635 – Single Glazed, Centre Glazed frame is ideal for internal partitioning; with the ability to create combinations including Hinged Aluminium or Timber doors as well as awning windows.
- Captive Wedge system available for 6-6.38mm glazing to ensure ease when on-site glazing

The 10044-SG (Single Glazed) framing system is one of the most common systems for shopfronts and factory’s. It is also widely used in residential applications with a range of installation options and integratable with other systems in the Concept Aluminium range it is sure to suit any application.
- Captive Wedge system available for 6-6.38mm glazing, this allows internal glazing at height
- Combinations with Hinge Doors and Awning sashes
- Uses an overlapping 60mm Flat Sash with a Hook Head system
- 3 Way 90° Corner coupler allows corner combinations and 3 way T corners
- Install using sub framing (Subsill & Sub Head)
- 5 Subsill setbacks available including our new Sloping Subsill to ensure total water drainage
- All subsills have an injection moulded end cap available to assist with subsill end sealing

The 15044-SG (Single Glazed) Centre Glazed has been designed for all shopfront applications. It has a captive wedge option that suits glazing from 6.38mm up to 10.38mm.

The 10044-DG (Double Glazed) Centre Glazed framing system is very popular for both Shopfronts and Factories. This System suits a 24mm DGU.
The 10044-DG Centre Glazed is also a popular choice for high end residential applications, with the ability to add a timber reveal, aluminium or timber door panels as well as awning sashes; with 4 sash options this is the perfect system for your next project.

This is a brand new frame that has been designed to meet the ever increasing glass requirements. With a 38mm glazing pocket the 10055-DG will accept a maximum DGU thickness of 32mm and can be glazed using the captive wedge system which suits DGU thicknesses of 26mm – 32mm. This system meets AS4666 requirements.
- Captive Wedge system available for 26-32mm glazing, this allows internal glazing at height
- Single glazing is possible with this system using SG reducers (Which also use the captive wedge glazing system)
- Combinations with Hinge Doors, Awning sashes, Ultramax Awning/Casement, Ultramax Sliding Window and Ultramax Apartment Door
- Uses an overlapping 60mm Flat Sash with a Hook Head system
- Designed to be integrated with our Ultramax Systems
